Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. **How will you make an impact in this role?** The role is responsible for supporting Merchant Services LAC throughout business planning efforts, including coordinating Merchant Services LAC's leadership team through the annual investment optimization process, as well as data analysis, information consolidation to support managerial decision-making processes, coordinating employee engagement and development activities and leading the LAC team communications strategy. The position will report to the Merchant Services LAC General Manager. The main responsibilities of the Business Planning Manager for MS LAC are: + Provide analytical support for Business Unit Reviews (BURs) and annual investment exercises + Consolidate timely, accurate and relevant reporting and analysis across functional areas + Ad-hoc analytical exercises to support the information need of the MS LAC business leaders, including inputs for Senior Leadership updates, org charts updates, etc. + Creation of business cases for strategic initiatives for GMS LAC business leaders + Create analysis and conclusions for desicion making process of relevant initiatives and projects + Project management of key initiatives across blue box + Coordinate employee engagement and development activities and lead MS LAC colleague engagement and communication strategy. + Build and maintain cross functional relationships and projects, fostering effective teamwork **Qualifications** + Analytical skills + Project management proficiency + Excellent interrelationship and communications skills. + Resilient.
