Primary function:
The Sr. Manager, Product Ops Analytics will lead a high-performing team responsible for business process analysis, product validation, and operational monitoring. This role partners closely with product and business owners to enhance product capabilities, streamline processes, and drive measurable improvements across Stores ecosystem.
Principal duties & responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of product analysts supporting the Stores product organization.
Use data to answer key questions and inform decisions that improve the Guest experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute production levers that optimize the eCommerce network.
Identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend actionable product improvements through data analysis and research.
Monitor new feature releases in production to ensure intended performance.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive timely defect resolution and maintain production stability.
Support major item or brand launches by validating fulfillment readiness and system performance.
Lead critical execution during seasonal peaks by managing readiness and issue resolution.
The role reports into Director Product Operations.
Job requirements:
Graduate in any discipline with 6 to 10 years’ experience.
End to end understanding of eCommerce fulfilment processes.
Managed high performing Team.
Excellent knowledge of Supply chain processes and systems.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications required.
Good organisational, prioritising and problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills.
