Position Title: Sr Manager, Pre-Construction Design (M3)

Role
Responsible for aligning design strategy with Program Management to ensure consistent execution of monthly and quarterly targets alignment with the Program Management teams and adjust Pre-Construction Design direction as needed resulting in meeting monthly and quarterly targets. This leader will proactively drive progress across the pre-construction lifecycle, removing obstacles, resolving issues, identifying resource needs to keep projects on track, and ensuring that design work meets both customer expectations and internal quality standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of both customer expectations and internal design workflows. The ideal candidate understands how to balance the needs of the customer with the realities of the pre-construction process and can help adjust priorities and resources as needed. They will play a key role in keeping projects on track and supporting the broader team in delivering successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Program Management to align pre-construction design efforts with overall project goals Establish and manage processes that support accurate forecasting and timely, high-quality deliverables Use operational data to identify potential challenges early and support the team in addressing them Recommend and implement improvements to tools and workflows to enhance quality and efficiency Maintain and refine internal tools to track and analyze well-defined, high-quality data Communicate Crown Castle’s design process, tools, and customer value clearly to internal and external stakeholders Ensure resources are aligned appropriately and adjust staffing as needed to meet project needs Support team development and step in to help resolve performance challenges where necessary Help the team meet revenue goals by focusing on inputs and outputs that contribute to project success Partner with other teams to collaboratively resolve escalations and maintain momentum Continuously look for ways to improve how work is done within the business unit Share insights and collaborate with senior leaders across the organizationExpectations

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related fieldExperience/Minimum Requirements
Eight (8) + years of experience in project or program management or A&E/site acquisition services Direct leadership experienceOrganizational Relationship

Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): Asset Manager, A&E Manager
Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $140,828 - $193,639 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
