Short Description Responsible for overall direction, utilization, supervision, and instruction of professionaland supportive personnel.Primary duties are policy making, planning, staffing, directing or controlling the activities and operations.Assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of all programs, policies and procedures, maintaining adequate qualified and competent personnel, adequate supplies and equipment to ensure a high degree of quality patient care and service. Experience Required

7 - 10 years of medical management experience, at least 5 years of which must have been supervisory with responsibility for all facets of management. IDX experience preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
