**Job Description**
Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technology (MT) Manager for our production site in Monterrey, Mexico within ACR business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of manufacturing processes within the scope of production technology.
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ You will be leading a team of Project Managers, MT engineers and Process technicians, who are supporting daily operations, technology improvements, capacity expansion, new product developments and relocation projects. You will report directly to Head of Operations and be a member of factory management team.
+ You will work closely with production, quality, engineering and our Global Manufacturing team. By managing your MT Team, you will develop, motivate and improve employees’ performance through coaching, training and continuous improvement activities to assure operational excellence.
+ We expect you to take an integral role in developing our Manufacturing Strategy and executing the strategy in time to meet our growth and performance targets.
+ You will be continuously driving Quality improvements, IATF 16949 compliance, driving digitalization, and automation projects, optimizing the production set-up, developing technologies and equipment, and contributing to new product development projects.

+ To be considered for this position, you must be an experienced leader. Digitalization and Industry 4.0 on shop floors is well-known to you. and you have a technical background as Engineer. Experience in manufacturing processes related torefrigeration and air-conditioning production is a plus.
+ Personal drive and a proactive mindset which allow you to stay ahead of the curve – still you should also be pragmatic in acting and thinking.
+ Experience with developing, improving and innovating production technology
+ In depth experience in digitalization, and automation for manufacturing processes
+ Experience in automotive process requirements and quality standards is a plus
+ Excellent at managing complex CAPEX projects and meeting deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
+ Ability and desire to develop your team and drive for a high-performance culture
+ Good listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions and act as a trusted advisor.
