PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Services Delivery is a trusted strategic business partner to Customer Experience and internal customers. Responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the development, execution and management of multi-channel and relationship marketing programs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.Primary area of responsibility is the end-to-end marketing campaign execution process across all channels, ensuring communication delivery to the right customer, in the right channel, at the right time.Work with stakeholders, agencies and Marketing Operations & Analytics functional leads to execute multi-channel programs.Align to CRM strategy and assist overall team.Campaign project managementBudget development and trackingMaintains quality service by enforcing standards and evaluating outcomes.Keeps stakeholders informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.Continuous delivery of process improvements and operational efficiencies.Measure performance against deadlines, expected results and best-in-class benchmarks.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Often leading a cooperative effort among members of a project team.Interacts with internal departments and external customers; particularly in problem resolution. Acts as an advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Provide technical guidance.Assist with various projects as assigned. Responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of marketing staff.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Advanced Degree desirable
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
6 - 8 years' experience in marketing delivery of B2C.3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.Multi-channel marketing experience.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.Data management experienceEnergetic self-starter who is disciplined and understands the big picture.Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple, sometimes complex, processes.Strong interpersonal skills to influence others without formal authority and lead cross functional teams.Ability to Thrive On in a fast paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the healthcare, life sciences or related fields preferred.EO/AA Employer: Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
