In this role, you will manage a team of dedicated training professionals, delivering both live and virtual training programs tailored to various levels of sophistication. From leadership development and New Hire Orientation to specialized Wine and Spirits education, you will ensure our training programs close skill gaps and meet the evolving needs of our employees. Your collaboration with Corporate Training and functional business leaders will be essential in the seamless logistics and administration of these programs. Your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating training sessions, monitoring the quality of training delivery, and making continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience. You will employ industry best practices and determine the most effective delivery methods, whether virtual or in-person, to suit business needs. Additionally, you will streamline training processes, develop cost model proposals, and manage multi-day learning events to achieve outstanding results and participant satisfaction. As a leader, you will develop, coach, and mentor your team, ensuring that all aspects of training delivery are successfully achieved. You will conduct performance evaluations, manage salary adjustments, and address any issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment. What You'll Need + Master's degree plus 6 years of corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs. + Prior managerial or supervisory experience. + Proven experience in delivering training programs for various levels within an organization. + Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools. + Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery. + Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. + Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee training initiatives from inception to completion. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Experienced in using virtual training platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Webex or Adobe Presenter. + Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities. + Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments, with an understanding of cultural competency in training. + Required to travel up to 20% of the time for training delivery and team management. + Required to lift and move training materials that can weigh up to 50lbs + Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
