Sr Manager HR Service Delivery
**Description** **PeaceHealth is seeking a Sr Manager, HR Service Delivery in Vancouver, Washington.......** The Senior Manager, Human Resources Service Delivery is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through efficient operations, innovative technology solutions, and high performing teams within the HR Service Center and other central HR functions. Establishes policies, procedures and provides day-today direction for caregivers and central HR call center operations. Champions process improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. Ensures that PeaceHealth caregivers receive a personalized and customer-centric experience every time and deploys service recovery and coaching when improvements are needed. Analyzes customer feedback and data to optimize caregiver experience strategies and core HR operation support. Manages the HR Service Center operations to ensure effective and timely delivery of services and accountabilities. Plans, oversees and arranges department roles and tasks that allow the organization to cultivate customer-centric culture and maximize the productivity of resources. **What you will enjoy:** + Provides direct leadership to HR Service Center team and other central HR functions, ensuring efficient processes, seamless caregiver experience and issue resolution across HR. + Leads and develops high-performing teams, providing strategic direction, hands-on coaching, performance management, and career development opportunities. Monitors performance against service level targets and modify processes, workflow, staffing and other resources to achieve target results. + Provides caregivers with expert advice, coaching, and counsel on all human resource systems, programs, policy and procedures, employment/labor laws, union contracts, communication & conflict resolution, compensation, total reward programs, payroll & leave of absence. + Works with HR leadership to assist in the development of policies, procedures, and enhancements to the delivery of services, and operations of the HR organization. Ensures consistent implementation of system service initiatives and programs while maintaining regulatory compliance. + Develops, implements and maintains comprehensive training programs and standard documented procedures to ensure consistent and efficient caregiver support. + Analyzes call center and transactional performance metrics, call trends, generate data-driven reports, and proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize call center operations and HR service delivery. + Provides ongoing coaching and development opportunities to improve skills and performance. Ensures efficient and high-quality service delivery. Holds team members accountable to meet and/or exceed targets and implement corrective actions when necessary. + Builds strong and trusting partnerships with leadership and caregivers to maximize caregiver engagement, performance and HR initiatives. + Ensures maintenance of all HR data; ensures integrity and accuracy of database through regular system audits and compliance reviews, as well as required license/certification per state or federal regulation or PeaceHealth policy. + Performs other duties as assigned. **What you will bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related field or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the job. + Minimum of 7 years Human Resources generalist and/or HR operations experience. + Minimum of 5 years Leadership experience, at least 3 years in people management. + Minimum of 3 years Experience in call center or customer service center or similar position. + Payroll experience preferred. + Healthcare industry experience preferred. + Certified Professional Human Resources, Certified Senior Professional Human Resources, SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional preferred. **Additional Skills:** + Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability. + Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation. + Ability to develop and present concise information and recommendations. + Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify, utilize and interpret workforce related metrics. + Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. + Proactive and takes initiative to drive towards results or achieve resolution to issues/barriers. + Understands how to utilize technology to increase the quality and efficiency of business performance. + Proficient expertise in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). + Knowledge of content-based systems and case management software preferred. **Working Conditions:** + Consistently operates computer and other office equipment. + Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. + Sedentary work. + Predominantly operates in an office environment. + Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting. + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. + The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $119,142 – $178,630 annually.
