The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

As Sr. FP&A Manager, supporting Target’s Financial Products & Services (FP&S) team, you’ll help shape the future of Target’s financial ecosystem — from Circle Card and gift cards to new financial products and strategies. You’ll provide end-to-end financial leadership, drive insights that fuel growth, and partner across the enterprise to modernize how we access and use data.

What You’ll Do:

Lead FP&S revenue and expense forecasting and actuals routines across the team.Develop and maintain an End-to-End FP&S P&L that allows leaders to make informed decisions across the business. Partner with leaders across Target to streamline and modernize financial reporting and modeling.Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership that drive enterprise performance.Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy.

About You:

MBA or 4-year college degree with relevant experience (Finance, Credit Card Services)6+ years finance experience and/or business experienceOutstanding communication skills to curate succinct messages on complex topics and deliver them audiences across various organizational levels.Strong analytical acumen to identify and analyze emerging business trends leveraging internal/external sourcesInfluential business partner with an ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skillsProject management skills to manage weekly routines and prioritize emerging topics

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
