As Sr. FP&A Manager, supporting Target’s Financial Products & Services (FP&S) team, you’ll help shape the future of Target’s financial ecosystem — from Circle Card and gift cards to new financial products and strategies. You’ll provide end-to-end financial leadership, drive insights that fuel growth, and partner across the enterprise to modernize how we access and use data.
What You’ll Do:
Lead FP&S revenue and expense forecasting and actuals routines across the team.Develop and maintain an End-to-End FP&S P&L that allows leaders to make informed decisions across the business. Partner with leaders across Target to streamline and modernize financial reporting and modeling.Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership that drive enterprise performance.Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy.About You:
