Your Impact
The principle purpose of this role is to partner with business leaders (US Home Improvement, Central Dispatch Office, Allied Businesses, and Shared Services) to drive value creation through financial and business leadership from strategy development through execution in order to identify prospective markets and potential opportunities. This includes responsibility for supporting business unit and enterprise scenario planning by developing long-range scenario models, and recommending and executing measurement plans, analytics and coordinated functional scorecard
What You Will Do
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 5-7 Years Experience in finance or analytical role
1-2 Years Experience in strategic and financial modeling
3-5 Years Experience leading people directly or indirectly
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Skills/Education
Master's degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3-5 Years Experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial modeling and strategy consulting for business
Experience performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysis (e.g., linear/logistic regression, ARIMA, Cluster Analysis)
Experience leading cross-functionally on enterprise initiatives
Experience working in a big box/large retailer
Experience working at a Fortune 500 company
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
