Skills Required

Knowledge and Experience:
•Experience with different aspects of analysis and advanced analytics techniques (e.g. Descriptive, predictive, optimization)
•Comfort manipulating and analyzing
complex, high-volume, high- dimensionality data –preferably in Hadoop/Spark
•Proven experience in SQL & databases like Teradata/Oracle/MySQL
•Very good experience and good knowledge of Machine Learning techniques and how they are applied to real life applications
•Proven experience in one or more statistical tools like Python, R, SAS EM, Mat lab, SPSS. Teradata Warehouse Miner etc.

•Professional or academic knowledge with Data Science, Applied Math’s or Statistics.
•MS/Ph.D.  or Bachelor Degree in computer science and/or engineering or equivalent with 3-5+ years of relevant experience
•Working in international, distributed teams
•Should have good analytical &
troubleshooting skills
•Should have good verbal and written communication skills
•System analysis skills for IT
troubleshooting
•Conscientiousness and high accuracy in work
•Understands business requirements
•Flexible attitude and can do attitude
•Drives improvements and process innovation
•Familiar with cognitive technologies
•Comfortable running validation sessions/workshops with stakeholders
•Hands on experience in working within agile development environment preferably as part of multi-locations and/or virtual teams
•ITIL awareness
•Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language
•Strong communication skills
•Very good in interdepartmental coordination
