Develop relationships with Business leaders (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement and Business Development) in order to understand business dynamics and contract particulars and the risks associated with their deliveryReview risk management performance for the business as defined within the short, medium and long term action plans.Implement common standards and operating policies focussing on risk and compliance within the PAM verticalReview existing process and where appropriate recommend and implement improvements (risk control measures) based on the understanding of the risks associatedSign off on any change in an existing business process from a risk angleOwn all commercial business processes and revise as necessaryProduce and drive an annual audit programmeWherever necessary support the resolution of commercial issues arising within contracts through the provision of commercial advice.Develop a Monthly reporting regime to the PAM Managing Director and PAM Finance Head
