We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable Senior UI/UX Designer (individual contributor) who is passionate about understanding user needs and pain points to join the User Experience Design (UX) team. The UX Team crafts effortless mobile, web and desktop experiences that are grounded in empathy and informed by insights and thoughtful planning. We are a multi-disciplinary group of professionals with expertise in Design, Content Strategy and Research. Required Qualifications:
6-10 years of UI/UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent 1+ year of UI/UX experience for touch-based mobile interfacesAn online portfolio showcasing design thinking leading to innovative solutionsExperience with most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testingExperience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodologyProficient in design tools like FigmaExperience supporting design sessions with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:
Familiar with modern web and mobile application development including the latest developments in AI and mobile platforms Self-management skills, comfortable with responsibility, working directly with our client partners, and capable of managing your project workAbility to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work with various levels of the organization and various personality typesComfortable in a project-driven work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethicIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
