Working as part of a cross-functional team, you are an internally recognized expert in a critical technical area for the IL6S process development function. You identify, define and solve complex technical and business problems by applying your broad technical and in-depth knowledge. You oversee the delivery of assigned programs, support new programs/platforms linked to business objectives and use your expertise in your technical area when interacting with senior management and global cross-functional teams to help deliver on current and future demands of the business.
How you will contribute
Develop, lead, and coach CS&L leadership team and DSD branches to manage the scope of their pillar team and ensure timely and successful steps and phase executionDevelop a clear understanding of the requirements for the IL6S process (e.g. behavior, attitude, and culture) to facilitate the IL6S journey in the categoryPartner with the CS&L team to prepare an IL6S Step by Step phase-by-phase roadmap for the function and DSD branchesDrive IL6S engagement and awareness throughout the whole CS&L organization by delivering awareness trainingIdentify, translate, and share best practices & internal/external benchmarking to have a competitive advantageDrives the IL6S master plan – including the expected outcomes and milestones of the IL6S journey for each phase, and drives timely reviews in the functional leadership meetingDeliver improvement in the Key Performance Indicators and must win battles in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability, and Morale by using IL6S methodologies in a structured, sustainable wayDevelop technical mastery in a pillar methodology and work processes in close coordination with NA regional pillars and standard work process ownersOrganize, execute, and calibrate different phase pre- and final audits, work closely with functional pillars to plan and execute the IL6S master planWhat you will bring

The Sr. Manager Supply Chain Excellence will be a key member of the “NA Supply Chain Excellence” team and will be responsible for preparing a long-term strategy to implement the Mondelēz Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) initiative in the CS&L function to drive top-tier performanceCoach CS&L leadership team, DSD warehouse to ensure execution of key initiatives and strategies that drive key performance indicators in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and MoraleDemonstrate high learning agility and actively seek feedback, gain insights from missteps, and constantly learning and seek to be the best. Act like a change agent and incite passion and inspiration by situational thinking and transformational leadershipLead to create a world-class Integrated Supply Chain footprint with a strong foundation of HPO culture, with zero loss mindset and 100% employee engagementDevelop shop floor connection through servant leadership behavior to build desired capability by providing training, facilitation, and coaching for IL6S phase implementation in close coordination with NA regional SCE teamWhat extra ingredients you will bring:

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain environment, understanding of Lean Six Sigma / TPM, and working experience in CS&L will be preferredStrong influence skills without authority and excellent communication skillsTravel requirements: 25-30%
Work schedule: 9:00am to 5:30pm
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
