**Position Purpose:** Lead the transformation of micro space planning practices by driving automation, process improvement, and the integration of advanced analytics. Serve as the strategic initiative leader and domain requirements owner, defining the vision and business roadmap for Planogram and Micro Space Optimization initiatives. Champion initiatives that enhance efficiency and optimize resource utilization across the micro space planning function. Serve as a thought leader and change agent, ensuring the team delivers actionable insights and scalable solutions that align with Home Depot's merchandising vision and business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** + 50% Lead/develop team in executing space analysis that influences Merchant decisions and financial outcome. Work with Merchants to capture visual merchandising strategy, and provide corresponding planogram support. Projects will typically involve opportunities that have the potential to drive significant incremental revenues. Accountable for team's accuracy, thought process, timeliness, and viability of recommendations.
