Schwab Advisor Services, the industry leader of custodial, operational, trading, product, and technology solutions for independent fee-based investment advisors (RIAs), is seeking an innovative, results-driven individual to serve as Senior Manager, Project Management within the Enterprise Solutions (ES) organization’s Projects & Program Office. The Advisor Services Enterprise Solutions organization serves clients that consist of National RIAs, mega-volume RIAs, Strategic Acquirers, TAMPs and national IBDs. The ES Project & Program Office (ES PPO) oversees the ES project portfolio which drives the execution of projects and initiatives to address the needs of our Enterprise RIA clients, and supports our organizational strategic objectives. The **Senior Manager, Project Management** will lead cross-functional projects that drives firm NNA, increases revenue, increases client sentiment or decreases expenses. This role brings structure and clarity to complex initiatives through disciplined planning, critical thinking and strategic execution. The Senior Manager will own projects that test strategic hypotheses that are rooted in client-specific and/or Enterprise Solutions organizational priorities. Acting as a connector and voice of Enterprise Solutions, this role ensures critical alignment and communication across internal partners. ****Please Note: We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s) a minimum of 4 days a week.** **What you have** To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have. Required Qualifications: + 5-7 years of experience in a project management, business management or client-focused preferred + Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications: + Licensed is a plus (FINRA Series 7, 63 or SIE) + Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Preferred background in financial products and services + Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision making + Proven track record of independently driving priorities and managing multiple projects with quality and timeliness + Strong analytical skills to interpret data, solve problems, and inform decisions + Ability to foster connections across different parts of the organization to drive a well-rounded implementation strategy + A ‘can-do’, results and detail orientation approach to executing on projects with a focus on organization, efficient productivity and development of creative solutions + Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including executive-level presentations in PowerPoint + Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply critical thinking to complex challenges + Motivated by change and a demonstrated success with effective change management is a plus + Understanding of Advisor Services business model and field organizations, with direct experience preferred **In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.** **What’s in it for you** At Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
