Sr Manager, Program Control

**Job Description**
+ Provide independent review and analysis of the risk and opportunity profiles for programs under the F-35 Development Program Family
+ Bring additional focus to the importance of rigorous R&O management across the portfolio as highlighted in the F-35 FoM Phase 2.3 SCAR
+ Review Risk and Opportunity Management Plans (ROMPs)
+ Review R&O profiles providing program teams (Risk Officers, Program Managers, and CAMs) with recommendations for improvement and optimization
+ Monitor progress to risk mitigation and opportunity optimization plans
+ Ensure consistent application of processes and tools
+ Analyze and evaluate the congruency of program performance relative to the values on risk and opportunity registers
+ Compare Risk to ETC ratios and other metrics to company standards for similar efforts
+ Apply functional weightings within the R&Os as they relate to the forward-going efforts
+ Establish other methods to analyze the health of the R&O registers
+ Develop analytical methods to better evaluate month-over-month performance as it relates to the program s risk profile
+ Participate in Phase Reviews and Proposals with emphasis on Risk and Opportunity Management
+ Document and incorporate Lessons Learned and facilitate Knowledge Transfer sessions
+ Influence Program Excellence initiatives around processes, tools, trainings, and documentation
+ Support SCAR/CAP 5 closure through the development and execution of the MoE process
+ Monitor adjacent contracts, investment initiatives and other efforts outside the F-35 Development portfolio to proactively identify potential impacts to programs within the F-35 portfolio
+ Manage the portfolio level risk and opportunity registers and drive preparation for customer level meetings
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Prior experience with Program Control
+ Exp. with Earned Value Management
+ Finance exp. within the defense industry
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $134640 - $228888
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
