Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Sr Manager, People Analytics will serve as a strategic advisor and analytics lead, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and senior business leaders to deliver insights that inform high-impact decisions across the Associate life cycle. This role will lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives and help shape the future of people strategy at Lennar. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and influence—translating sophisticated analysis into compelling, actionable recommendations. You’ll proactively identify opportunities where analytics can drive meaningful change and guide stakeholders through insight-driven decision-making processes.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Act as a strategic thought partner to HR COEs and senior leadership, delivering insights and recommendations that influence workforce strategy and people programs.

Lead complex analytics projects that cut across multiple HR functions (e.g., engagement, retention, development, rewards), tying results to business outcomes.

Translate complex data into high-impact stories and solutions that enable strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to elevate analytic and consultative capabilities across the People Analytics team.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between analytics efforts and organizational priorities.

Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities through predictive modeling, workforce segmentation, and other advanced analytics techniques.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance in collaboration with the broader People Analytics and HR Technology teams.

Contribute to the development and evolution of associate analytics frameworks, tools, and self-service capabilities.



Your Toolbox

Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s / PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience, or PhD and 1-2 years' experience.

Extensive experience advising HR and business leaders through data-driven insights and research.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale or complex analytics projects with measurable business impact.

Proven ability to synthesize data and research into executive-ready presentations and influence senior stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, SPSS).

Strong understanding of HR strategy and programs across the full Associate lifecycle.

Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coach and influence others, with a strong presence and credibility at the executive level.

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance analytical rigor and business practicality.

Prior experience in a senior analytics role within a People Analytics or Workforce Strategy team.

Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or other operational environments.

Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity and the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time are necessary in this role.
