About the Role:
We are seeking a CN- based strategic leader to own and drive the China Go-To-Market team for MCCF services—primarily Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime (BwP). This role leads the MCCF Sales and Account Management team in CN and also oversees Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development roles that report into the team. The role requires close collaboration with international MCCF stakeholders, mainly in the US, and with AGL and AGS stakeholders as part of Amazon supply shain services vision. This role will be owning the overarching strategy, revenue./ units goals, and cross-functional alignment for MCCF in CN. The role is integrated with the MCCF org (HQ in Seattle) and reports to the CN AGL leader in Beijin.

Key job responsibilities

* Set the overall strategy and direction for MCCF CN sales and account management workstreams, covering CN-to-US and CN-to-International goals.
* Set and own Topline targets (e.g., OP2 goals), productivity goals, and other KPIs across the team.
* Secure pipeline for the team, including through internal partnerships with AGL and AGS. Establish shared goals with AGS and AGL counterpart
* Define and approve budget allocations with MCCF finance.
* Scale talent and shape the operating model for the team
* Work closely with MCCF product teams to deliver new products and services to meet merchants’ needs.
* Have a complete understanding of our customer’s needs and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive partnerships, marketing resources, and new features that provide excellent customers’ experience.
* Lead and institutionalize operational mechanisms including WBRs, MBRs, OP1 planning, and topline documentation.
