Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:

Leads the strategic implementation and operational management of AI and ML projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsCoordinates multi-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into business operations, enhancing efficiency and innovationManages critical decisions related to team development, resource planning, and budget allocationCollaborates with various departments to ensure seamless operation and implementation of AI and ML technologiesDrives advancements in technological capabilities through effective leadership and strategic oversightEvaluates project outcomes and adjusts strategies to meet business needs and technological trends


Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Data Science, or Related Field (Required)Master's/Advanced Degree Computer Science or Data Science (Preferred)Experience leading and managing a team in the field of machine learning or data science (Preferred)Experience with data querying, wrangling, cleaning, and feature engineering in big data environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (Preferred)Experience building and deploying data mining, visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning solutions using various supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms (Preferred)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. (Required)Strategy Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and applications. Licenses and Certifications:

Certified Machine Learning Professional (CMLP): Certification that validates expertise in machine learning concepts and the ability to apply them to real-world problems. (Preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) Internationally recognized certification that demonstrates proficiency in project management and the ability to lead and direct projects. (Preferred)Certified Data Scientist (CDS): Certification that endorses skills in data science methodologies and tools, relevant for managing and analyzing large datasets. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $172,100 - $310,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
