Sr Manager, IMEA Payroll & Talent Administration

Job Summary

The Sr Manager, IMEA Payroll & Talent Administration would overlook Onboarding, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits Administration for the IMEA region. The role is accountable to develop, lead and evolve the capabilities of the Payroll and Talent Administration team within IMEA and has overall accountability for regional and functional service quality, team performance, employee/customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement

 

Key Responsibilities

Day to Day Activities

Manages the day-to-day activities of a team of HR Specialists and Coordinators performing Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance Administration, and Talent Administration. This includes coaching and developing the team. Continuously improves processes, systems and the knowledge base via standardization, digitalization, automation and process consolidation. Delivers regional KPIs, SLAs and reporting to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the regional organization. Manages the budget ensuring resources are utilized effectively

Collaboration and Partnership

Partners with other HR Services and Solutions leaders, GPOs, and COE communities to review and improve existing services and to identify new service opportunities, ensuring alignment to global standards and processes. Coordinates efforts with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, GPOs and COEs, to ensure end-to-end process change consideration across policy, procedure, technology, and data areas.

Process Governance and Compliance

Ensure all processes are documented and business continuity plans are in place. Accountable for effective contract and vendor management, if applicable Actively identifies and manages risks; develops mitigation plans to anticipate and minimize impact on services resulting from economic, environmental or business strategy changes. Accountable for ensuring that HR services provided are delivered in accordance with all internal policies and procedures, local, regional and national laws and regulations. Accountable for facilitating all internal audit efforts, as well as the completion of remediation actions resulting from the audits, if any.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Minimum 12 years of experience working in a Human Resource Department. 5+ years of experience with Success Factor, Darwin Box, ServiceNow. Experience in SAP, ATS applications, Workday or other payroll systems. 7+ years of relevant experience in Payroll management, time and attendance management, onboarding and benefits administration preferred. HR Operations expertise: strong knowledge of HR policies, Labor Laws, statutory requirements, payroll regulations, procedures, and best practices. 7+ years proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multinational organization. Strong communication and relationship building skills to create solution-oriented plans, and designs, and strong collaboration with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external consultants/experts. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Change management: ability to lead and manage change initiatives, communicate effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Minimal Travel needed to other offices.
