Senior Manager, WHQ and NA Facilities

Position Summary

This position oversees workplace and facility operations, ensuring operational excellence, and project execution for the company’s World Headquarters, Connecticut Campus, and all North America branch facilities. This role leads facility management, capital project delivery, workplace services, and real estate initiatives to support a safe, efficient, and high‑performing portfolio. The position is responsible for driving operational reliability, optimizing space utilization, managing multimillion‑dollar projects, and delivering best‑in‑class workplace experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

1.   WHQ Facilities Management (FM) and NA Branch FM Program Oversight

Oversee day‑to‑day facility management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑quality workplace environments.

Develop and manage the regional facility management strategy, programs and standards for WHQ Connecticut Campus and the North America branch operations portfolio

Evaluate facility conditions, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across the portfolio

Develop and manage annual multi-site campus facility budget, provide forecasting, identify and deliver cost reduction initiatives or workplace enhancement initiatives.

Manage third‑party facilities management partners, ensuring performance against SLAs and budgets.

Establish and maintain risk mitigation protocols to ensure a safe, healthy, clean and productive workplace environment.

Additionally for the Connecticut Campus and WHQ

Oversee event management, supporting on‑site meetings, executive visits, and employee engagement activities.

Manage visitor and guest experience, ensuring seamless arrival, hospitality, and security coordination.

Serve as the primary point of contact for site executive leadership, providing updates, guidance, and partnership on campus operations.

Lead and maintain campus concierge services, addressing employee and operational needs.

 

2.   WHQ Project Management and NA Branch Project Management Oversight

Manage WHQ campus‑specific real estate projects from planning through closeout, including:

·          Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including scoping, budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor performance for capital improvements, renovations, site improvements, and tenant enhancement projects.

·          Lead space relocations, program moves, and departmental reconfigurations.

·          Partner with Real Estate, HR, IT, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution with minimal business disruption.

·          Manage real estate–related projects including new site openings, expansions, relocations, renovations, and decommissioning.

·          Collaborate with brokers, landlords, architects, engineers, and internal partners to deliver timely, cost‑effective solutions.

·          Ensure alignment with business unit growth strategies, hybrid workplace models, and corporate standards.

3.     Global Project Management Scoping

Provide scoping for key major global real estate and workplace projects supporting annual capital plan (est. $30-35M annually globally)

·        Provide support to the project delivery team for key projects for activities related to scope, budget, cost estimate and timeline Support Global Program Delivery

·        Lead to develop long‑range capital plans aligned with corporate objective for key major projects.

Develop project scope definitions, preliminary cost estimates, and timeline projections.

Harmonize project delivery standards and cost benchmarks.

Provide early project analysis that informs investment decisions and prioritization.

Provide project management support for key projects if available bandwidth exists after the activities related to Connecticut Campus Facility Management and Connecticut Campus Project Management responsibility

Qualifications

Required

Associates or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

7–10 years of experience in facility management, real estate project management, or corporate real estate

Experience managing large corporate headquarters or multi-site regional facilities.

Demonstrated success overseeing capital projects, facility operations, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance strategies, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred

Professional certifications: CFM, FMP, PMP, MCR or equivalent.

Experience with hybrid workplace strategies and modern space planning.

Experience leading multi-million‑dollar projects and portfolios.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000.  Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
