Sr Manager, Enterprise Program Office Data Products (Hybrid/Flexible)

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Program Office (EPO) – Data Products leads the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise‑wide data product initiatives. This role oversees a portfolio of cross‑functional programs that enable the organization to build, scale, and operationalize data products that drive business value. As both a program leader and people manager, this position ensures alignment across business units, technology teams, and executive stakeholders while building a high‑performing team that delivers predictable, measurable outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio Leadership

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data product programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and data governance standards.

Manage a portfolio of initiatives spanning data platforms, analytics, AI/ML products, and enterprise data capabilities.

Establish program frameworks, operating models, and governance structures that scale across the organization.

Drive roadmap prioritization in partnership with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
 

People Leadership

Manage and develop a team of program and project managers supporting enterprise data initiatives.

Provide coaching, performance management, and career development to build a strong, collaborative, and execution‑focused team.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Technology, Data, and Business functions.

Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive audiences.

Facilitate alignment across teams with competing priorities, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
 

Operational Excellence

Define and implement best‑in‑class program management practices, including risk management, dependency tracking, and change control.

Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure program health and business impact.

Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
 

Strategic Planning & Execution

Translate enterprise data strategy into actionable, cross‑functional program plans.

Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery.

Partner with Finance and leadership to manage budgets, resource planning, and investment decisions.
 

Qualifications Required

8–12+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or enterprise PMO roles.

Strong background in data products, data platforms, analytics, or related technology domains.

Proven experience managing and developing teams.

Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross‑functional programs.

Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in program governance, risk management, and operational frameworks.
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise data strategy, data governance, or data product lifecycle management.

Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.

Background working in large, matrixed organizations.

PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent experience.

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office.

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $154,500.00 - $231,750.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
