Position Summary
We're seeking a seasoned and driven digital marketing leader to shape and lead our India digital strategy. In this role, you’ll champion customer engagement, drive demand generation, and elevate brand visibility across diverse business portfolios. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes and fuel commercial growth in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement India’s digital roadmap in line with business priorities
• Launch and manage coordinated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Lead account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/SEM, and lead nurturing programs
2. Demand Generation & Funnel Acceleration
• Generate qualified leads through localized programs, marketing automation, and CRM
• Tailor global and regional campaigns for Indian customers in collaboration with product and commercial teams
• Improve the full customer journey using data insights
• Experiment with emerging tools, including new technology platforms & generative AI
3. Web, Content & Social Media
• Coordinate India website content, SEO performance, and user experience
• Build messaging that resonates with local audiences and business goals
• Strengthen brand presence across social platforms using paid and organic strategies
4. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Analytics
• Define critical metrics for performance evaluation and conduct A/B tests to guide decisions
• Manage marketing dashboards, report on return on investments, and share actionable insights with collaborators
5. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
• Serve as the key digital point of contact for the India leadership team
• Work in close partnership with global, regional, and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams
• Ensure marketing programs align with local regulations and meet quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or scientific sectors
• Hands-on expertise in campaign execution, ABM, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence across matrixed environments • A data-first approach with a strong focus on experimentation and impact
