DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

Our opportunity:

The Data Quality Sr. Manager (individual contributor), under the direction of the Data Governance Lead, will play a key role in developing and managing DAFgiving360 Data Quality standards and controls to ensure consistent, accurate and trusted data. This role will be responsible for maturing DAFgiving360’s Data Quality capability within the organization’s data governance framework:

 

Develop a detailed understanding of DAFgiving360 data and systemsEstablish and maintain DAFgiving360’s Data Quality standardsCollaborate with business and technology partners to ensure adherence to data quality standardsCollaborate with business and technology partners to define, develop, and implement data quality rulesCreate and maintain data quality metrics, alerts, scorecards, and dashboards forLead systematic approach to prioritize, assess, and resolve data quality issuesSupport initiatives to proactively improve data quality

What you are good at:

Strong critical thinking competency: the ability to carefully examine something, consider options, make good recommendations, seek the necessary approvals, and take appropriate actionsData quality management skills: proficient in data quality assessment and improvement processes, understanding of data quality assurance across data integrations, translating stakeholder feedback and pain points into actionable requirements and standardsWell-developed collaborative nature: the ability to work effectively with others toward commons goals and values effective relationships and partneringAbility to work independently and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionVersatility and learning agility: Willingness and ability to adapt and continuously align to DAFgiving360 strategic goals and critical needs What you have

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, etc.)8+ years of hands-on experience in data quality, data governance, and/or data managementStrong proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and data quality toolsStrong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBIExperience with automation tools e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, etc.Experience in leading business process and behavior change management

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven record of successful delivery of initiatives in data quality and issues managementResults oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailAn explorer mindset that proactively ventures into unfamiliar areas in search of informationStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to tailor messages to audience

 

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
