The Senior Manager, Corporate Brand will champion the Edwards corporate brand to ensure it is consistently and meaningfully represented by internal and external stakeholders across all customer touch points worldwide. The Senior Manager of Corporate Brand is responsible for the Advertising and Promotion review and approval process and must be the subject matter expert demonstrating proficiency in knowledge and execution of Edwards brand identity standards and all of the associated policies and procedures. **How you’ll make an impact:** - Develop, evolve, and promote the Edwards corporate brand to ensure it is consistently and meaningfully represented by internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with partners in all functions and business units globally to foster understanding of, and drive compliance with, Edwards corporate standards. Train internal and external partners on the Edwards corporate brand identity standards and brand strategy. - Manage the advertising/promotion approval process, including consultation and guidance to global internal and external business partners, training, troubleshooting, tracking and reporting metrics, and reviewing and approving advertising/promotional materials. Must demonstrate leadership, strong judgment and decision-making abilities, negotiation skills, proficiency in implementing and enforcing applicable standards, policies and procedures. - Represent Corporate Brand as a liaison to one of Edwards’ business units, serving as the subject matter expert on brand responsibilities. - Identify and lead process improvement opportunities to streamline and enhance user experience with corporate branding initiatives. - Provide back-up for Senior Manager, Corporate Brand and Director, Corporate Brand, and other projects as assigned **What you’ll need (Required):** Bachelor's Degree required, Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field Experience in Communications, Branding and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience **What else we look for (Preferred)** + Minimum 10 years’ communications, marketing, or advertising experience + Brand experience - Agency management experience, Project Management and Standards training experience + Process and Compliance experience – Reviewing materials against corporate standards, managing conflict well and the ability to defend a decision + Demonstrated ability for rigorous and meticulous attention to detail, with high commitment to quality and accuracy + Demonstrated ability to readily and confidently make sound judgments, identify and shift priorities, and deliver results in response to unexpected demands or changes + Demonstrated organizational and time management skills + Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communications + Demonstrated problem-solving skills + Demonstrated ability for proactive and critical thinking, anticipating needs beyond the task-at-hand and taking appropriate action + Must be results-oriented, demonstrating a sense of urgency and ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles to accomplish goals + Ability to effectively develop and maintain strong relationships across business units, functions, and positions + Must demonstrate leadership, strong judgment and decision-making abilities, negotiation skills, integrity, objectivity, ethics, and honesty + Must demonstrate proficiency in implementing and enforcing applicable policies and procedures. + Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
