**The Role**
This role will operationalize commercial standards and frameworks that drive individual brands and overall Essentials Portfolio performance. This role supports implementation of standards into brand protection programs, enables revenue-generating programs or initiatives, and supports additional brand-focused strategies to support the continued evolution of Hyatt’s Essentials Portfolio.
The Sr. Manager works cross-functionally across Brand, Operations, Commercial Services, and other functions, ensuring brand intent translates into practical, scalable commercial guidance.
•Support development and implementation of commercial standards and frameworks aligned to brand intent and strategic priorities.
•Use performance data and insights to identify gaps in demand, execution, or resourcing and inform focus areas.
•Partner cross-functionally to align commercial priorities and demand strategies to brand value propositions.
•Embed commercial standards into Brand Protection Programs (FIP, BCP, QA), training materials, and policies.
•Support standards that maintain brand distinctiveness and quality while enabling practical execution.
•Collaborate with Operations to bridge commercial and operational standards, balancing consistency with flexibility.
•Translate brand positioning into B2B enablement tools and guidance, collaborating across CS functions.
•Support governance, adoption tracking, and continuous refinement of standards.
•Champion the essentials vision and strategic framework with other Hyatt colleagues within the Corporate and regional offices to ensure full support and alignment.
**Qualifications:**
**Experience Required:**
•Minimum 5 years hotel experience, including commercial services experience, supporting limited service brands preferred
•Experience working with multiple brands, most preferred
•Self-starter, strong knowledge across multiple Commercial functions such as Sales, Revenue, and Marketing
**Experience Preferred:**
•Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business required
•Efficient with computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)

_The salary range for this position is $98,600-$150,000. This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan._
