We're a 2 pizza team moving fast to build a new agentic product from the ground up. If you are scrappy and bias for action is your favorite LP, you will fit right in. You will lead a team of applied scientists and software developers, driving the technical vision while fostering a culture of innovation and scientific excellence. You must be excellent at balancing business needs and strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth.

We're prioritizing the following experience:
- Experience implementing reinforcement learning for autonomous agent behavior
- Managing project portfolios and resource allocation across multiple high priority programs
- Knowledge of personalization systems, recommendation engines, or dynamic content generation
- Production operational experience
