This individual will be a part of the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics department within Advisor Services. Specific to the analytics function, the department delivers data-driven insights and enables accountability through the tracking and reporting of key metrics. **What you will do:** The Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant is responsible for leading analytical projects. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Additional responsibilities include: + Leverage strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics and emerging technologies (AI) + Establish a trusted partnership with colleagues and stakeholders The role is **_not_** available as fully remote. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from the following Charles Schwab campus locations: + Westlake, TX + Orlando, FL **What you have** **Required Competencies:** + Bachelor’s degree + Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders + 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python) + Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel **Preferred Competencies:** + Advanced degree or MBA + 5+ years of experience with statistical tools (R, SAS); Experience with AI or machine learning is a plus + 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, PowerBI, Tableau) + 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment **In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.** **What’s in it for you** At Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
