Total responsibility for account(s) to include sales, margin, revenue, product planning, marketing support and strategic planning.
Sales/New Business:
Develop and maintain overall strategy for strategic Key AccountCommunicate with all levels of the customer team up to Principal OwnersAchieve established sales and MOS objectives for the assigned key accountCoordinate w/ Product Planning to introduce new line in the product strategy to ensure future growth and development of the key accountForecast for the key accounts by month and by year by article levelCoordinate monitor, and manage inventory with forecasting to meet the forecast and unit objectives per key accountResponsible for establishing business proposals for Key AccountResponsible for negotiating and managing pricing issuesInteractions/ Responsibilities with Internal Departments:
Manage and resolve all operational and administrative issues that occur with the key accounts such as billing errors, shipping errors, and other claims issuesCoordinate, monitor and manage inventory and production planning to meet the forecast and unit objectives per key accountEnsure that price files are properly implemented as per the requirements of the key accountsProvide direction to Inside Sales on proper handing of the accountIdentify and recommend development/testing activities w/ product developmentDevelop presentation and updates for management regarding future business and strategy for key accountCoordinate all Nation and Customer specific eventsSG 13

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years relatable professional experience5+ years tire industry experienceMulti-channel Sales experienceExperience in international / matrix organizationsInternal qualified candidates will meet internal guidelines for this executive level role:18+ months working internationally, cross functionally and/or cross organizationally18+ months experience of leading people and/or projectsDCfEL must be complete before a promotion to SG 13Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skillsAble to travel around 40% when neededLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
