About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr Janitorial Specialist to join JLL’s Global Soft Services team in the APAC region. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for cleaning operations, bringing both strategic and hands-on knowledge of janitorial services. You’ll help design and deliver efficient, sustainable, and cost-optimized cleaning solutions for our clients across diverse sectors and geographies.

What This Job Involves

Lead end-to-end cleaning consulting projects across the APAC region, with a focus on operational cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

Develop RFP solutions and design optimized cleaning models, including resource planning and gearing ratio analysis.

Evaluate cleaning technologies and equipment to recommend innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement standardized cleaning programs and continuous improvement measures.

Partner with site operations teams to monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent service delivery.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on janitorial strategies and operations.

Travel across APAC to conduct site reviews, project rollouts, and solutioning sessions.

Sound Like You? To Apply You’ll Need:

10 + years of experience in commercial cleaning operations.

Exposure to Asia-Pacific markets and familiarity with regional cleaning standards and practices.

Proven experience developing RFP responses and operational solutions within the facilities or cleaning industry.

Strong understanding of cleaning team gearing ratios, manpower planning, and productivity modeling.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Background or certifications in IFMA, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.

Knowledge of sustainability-focused cleaning practices and emerging technology solutions.
