The IT Project Manager Associate is responsible of coordinating multifunctional internal and external project teams throughout a project’s life cycle being a key player for the business preventing roadblocks and assuring the completion of the scope on time and budget. The Project Manager is a creative thinker with a highly analytical capacity and a strong leader that creates connections within the organization being an effective communicator.

Manage IT projects since the scope definition during all project life cycle and handoverMake sure the project’s planning documentation is complete and in compliance with the PMO defined methodologiesManage project’s execution in scope, budget, and timeResponsible to identify and prevent risks to impact the project’s executionDefine and execute projects’ communication planManage project’s meetings and documents decisions and agreementsCoordinate multifunctional teams to guarantee the execution of the tasks, removing stoppers to the project

Education and Experience

Engineering or finance degreeAdvanced English+ 3 years of Project Management experienceSoft skills to motivate people and navigate complex projectsExperience with Microsoft project and Jira (Ideal)

Knowledge and Competencies
