Description We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our dynamic team in Arlington, Texas. This role involves conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, improving financial processes, and identifying areas for operational enhancement. Responsibilities: • Perform detailed audits of IT systems and financial processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards. • Evaluate and enhance policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations for improvement. • Conduct periodic reviews of internal controls to ensure their effectiveness. • Assist in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance measures. • Participate in scheduled travel assignments, approximately 20%, to perform on-site audits. • Utilize financial systems such as J.D. Edwards to analyze data and support audit activities. • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain audit accuracy. • Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members to encourage detail-oriented growth. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing or general ledger management. • Certification such as CPA or CIA, or progress towards certification. • Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. • Proficiency in financial systems, particularly J.D. Edwards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
