As a Sr Inventory Control Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory processes. Your efforts will help minimize inventory discrepancies, reduce waste, and ensure that our supply chain operates smoothly. **RESPONSABILITIES** + Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliations + Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions + Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures + Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory performance and trends + Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management processes + Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across multiple locations. + Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices. **YOU MUST HAVE** + 5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools. + Experience with data analysis and reporting. + Experience in oracle ERP or similar and Excel + Basic English + Experience in cycle counts program + Availability for overtime in weekdays and weekends **WE VALUE** + Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization. + Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.} **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
