As a Sr Inventory Control Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory processes. You will ensure that our inventory levels are accurate and efficiently managed to meet customer demands and support our operational goals. Your attention to detail and expertise in inventory control will help streamline our supply chain operations and enhance overall productivity.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management processes, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your efforts will help minimize inventory discrepancies, reduce waste, and ensure that our supply chain operates smoothly.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
+ Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
+ Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions
+ Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures
+ Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory performance and trends
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management processes
+ Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
+ Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
+ Experience with data analysis and reporting.
+ Experience in oracle ERP or similar and Excel
+ Basic English
+ Experience in cycle counts program
+ Availability for overtime in weekdays and weekends
**WE VALUE**
+ Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
