Job Description The Integration Program Manager is a senior, generalist role responsible for managing back-office integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role focuses on coordinating and overseeing the integration of core operational functions such as payroll, finance systems, and HR/IT processes. The position operates at a supervisor level and works cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption. Skills and Requirements • Senior-level experience in integration, program management, or operations • Background in mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale back-office integrations • Generalist knowledge across Finance, HR, and IT functions • Knowledge of Payroll processes, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) • Financial systems and basic accounting workflows • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience operating in a supervisory or lead capacity
