**100% Remote (EST/CST Only)**
**6+ month contract with high potential for extension**
**Pay range: $40 - $46/hr on W2**

**Job Description:**
1. Writing training plan, including key learning points, video scripts, and reinforcement questions for assigned departments
2. Sending training plan for SME review
3. Updating training plans per SME feedback
4. Gathering assets from our marketing asset repository, Lowes.com, etc.
5. Creating voiceover using AI platform, Wellsaid, etc.
6. Creating training video in Adobe Premiere Pro, using b-roll, gathered assets, and AI voiceover
7. Sending video for SME review
8. Updating video per SME feedback
9. Other tasks as assigned
**Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):**
1. Training script development
2. Reinforcement question development
3. Retail experience
**Software Skills Required:** Adobe Premiere Pro
**Preferred Skills (nice to have)**
1. Video development using Adobe Premiere Pro
2. Experience working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
3. Experience with micro-learning preferably through Axonify
