As a **Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our industrial operations. You will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and systems, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Salem, OR **location.**
In this role, you will impact our operations by minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and systems.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and practices.

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
+ Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
+ Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
+ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.
**WE VALUE**
+ Relevant technical certification or training in industrial maintenance.
+ Experience with PLCs and automation systems.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
