As the Senior Incentive Consultant, you will be responsible for the administration of Private Bank variable compensation plans, including the maintenance of a sound governance structure to ensure well-founded decision-making & administration.
Primary responsibilities include:
Function is a senior role in the administration of the plans including the day-to-day processes required to administer all plans. Look for ways to improve the quality and productivity of the administration process to gain efficiencies, the disposition of all credit requests/disputes within plan guidelines and monitoring of all control and governance of the plans. and assist in the development of incentive reporting and modeling to compile forecasts.Provide support for assigned business on design activities, partner with manager on development of plan metrics, risk balancing features and plan effectiveness analysis. Assist in the development of incentive reporting and modeling to compile forecasts as well as assessment on prior performance period payouts. Participate in the delivery of the Incentive Performance Management Framework (targets, measurements, assessments) for the applicable LOB organization.Foster strong relationships with the immediate team, Business Line Partners and larger Sales Performance Management Team. Help to cultivate a strong team and enhance the skills of colleagues.Required Skills/Experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in incentive compensationAttention to detail and data reconciliation skills in the process of translating data into informationStrong problem-solving and time-management skills, a superior customer service orientation and analytical capabilityAbility to multi-task, prioritize and function efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to support others through training and coachingAdvanced MS Excel Ability to build repeatable processes that are streamlined & automatedPreferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a focus in Management Information Sciences or Finance5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree may be consideredStrong MS PPT skillsTell a story through data visualizationExperience in Private Bank*Role is FINRA associated
