Sr Human Resources Business Partner, North America Stores PXT
Amazon is seeking a solution focused, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide HR Business support to clients in the North America Stores (NAS) organization. NAS is a dynamic, global organization, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through innovative technology. In this position, you will partner with members of the NAS PXT Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and foster people effectiveness for their respective client groups. You will think strategically, provide broad scale thought partnership and roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application. You will serve as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development. This role also provides strong project management to various HR initiatives & company-wide HR projects. The role reports to the HR Leader for Consumables and will work closely with members of the NAS PXT leadership team to execute the NAS PXT strategy across organizations.


Key job responsibilities
- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Provide management coaching and training to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
