Sr HR Shared Services Specialist
Airswift is looking for a Sr HR Shared Services Specialist to work with one of our major clients in The Woodlands, TX.

The Sr. HR Shared Services Specialist (Contractor) will support the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team by managing complex HRIS transactions, troubleshooting system and data issues, and delivering technical and functional expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, with a primary focus on Workday. The contractor will collaborate with HR teams, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: Execute HRIS transactions in Workday, including new hires, terminations, transfers, worker movements, and business title updates. Maintain employee and contingent worker data and organizational structures Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Workday and related HCM systems, providing effective solutions and root cause analysis Review and update supervisory organizations, security role assignments, and organizational structures in Workday based on HRBP requests and feedback Assign and document approved security permissions, conduct recurring security audits, and report discrepancies in role assignments Provide advanced support for Workday Advanced Compensation processes, including annual merit and bonus programs, collaborating with Compensation and HR teams Generate, analyze, and deliver HR reports using Workday and Excel for HR leaders, audit teams, and business partners. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of data Perform mass data changes in Workday using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) processes Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent teams to resolve inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution Stay current with HR policies, procedures, and system updates. Share best practices and provide knowledge transfer to team members Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in Workday HCM, including Advanced Compensation and Security administration Strong troubleshooting skills for both technical and functional HRIS issues Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and audit support Experience with mass data changes and EIB processes in Workday Ability to generate, interpret, and present HR data and reports to diverse audiences Knowledge of organizational structures, security role assignments, and compliance requirements in HR systems Effective communication and collaboration skills with HR teams and business partners Experience supporting HR operations in a contractor or consulting capacity is preferred. Bilingual a plus- Spanish/Portugese
