Sr HR Services Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team as an Assistant supporting a high-impact Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) project. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global mobility within the context of a strategic M&A initiative, while building international business acumen and a strong professional network. In this role, you will impact the organization by assisting in the seamless execution of HR services related to global mobility, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting employees throughout their mobility journey. + Support the GMS team in coordinating activities related to the M&A project, including data collection, documentation, and stakeholder communications. + Assist in tracking and managing mobility-related tasks such as immigration, tax, relocation, and compliance for impacted employees. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions (Americas, Europe, Asia) to ensure alignment and timely execution of project milestones. + Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership. + Help maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. + Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team. **What You’ll Gain:** + Exposure to a global M&A project with real-world impact. + Development of international business and mobility expertise. + Opportunities to build a global network of professionals. + Mentorship and learning from experienced GMS and M&A specialists. + A steppingstone to a career in global mobility, HR, or international operations. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. + Administrative activities + Experience in supporting HR functions, particularly in global mobility. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions. + Experience in Excel Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
