What you will do:

The Sr HR Generalist, Corporate HR delivers high-quality, professional HR partnership across corporate functional teams. This role serves as a trusted HR resource to help enable organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.

This position works across a broad range of HR activities, including change navigation, conflict management, performance management, leadership capability development, Workday adoption, and leading complex global projects. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, emotional maturity, and a high degree of discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Partner with the HR Leader, Digital Solutions & Corporate HR to execute HR priorities and support key business initiatives.

Collaborate across Corporate HR teams to deliver aligned, high-quality HR services, programs, and employee support.

Lead complex global HR projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strong planning, communication, and execution.

Support organizational change, conflict management, and workplace concerns through coaching, guidance, and practical HR support.

Partner with leaders on performance management, talent discussions, leadership development, and employee growth.

Drive adoption of HR Technologies, support HR programs and policies, analyze trends, and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

7 or more years of progressive HR experience, including broad generalist support.

Demonstrated experience in conflict and

performance management

Proven experience leading complex projects

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization.

Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Familiarity with HR data, reporting, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting corporate functions, or complex matrixed organizations.

Experience leading cross-functional or enterprise HR projects in a global environment.

Familiarity with AI and new technology

HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$97,406.66 - $135,834.99
