**What you’ll do:**
The Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer will develop electronic hardware for high performance, real-time controls and protective relays used for Air Circuit Breakers. The Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer will collaborate with a multi-discipline engineering team (Firmware, hardware, and test) to define requirements between hardware and software subsystems.
• Design and refine analog/digital circuits and embedded systems using engineering tools.
• Conduct product testing for functionality, reliability, and compliance (EMI/EMC, UL).
• Support manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards.
• Create and maintain product documentation including specifications and test procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-ready products."
**Qualifications:**
B.E. / M.E / Mtech Electronics / E&TC
6-8 years in electronics design and development with production support experience in ACB, MCCB in Low voltage
**Skills:**
• Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems.
• Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and UL certification processes.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice).
• Understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet)
• Hands-on experience in product validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Adaptability in fast-paced development and manufacturing environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with proactive ownership.
• Empathy and customer-centric approach when resolving field issues.
• Time management and prioritization across competing tasks
