Sr Global Account Manager - Effluent Solutions

Join Ecolab as an Effluent Solutions Sr. Global Account Manager within our Nalco division supporting the Food & Beverage Global Solutions (FBGS) segment, delivering comprehensive, innovative enterprise programs to meet the needs of customers.  

The Effluent Solutions Global Account Manager (ES GAM) will support the development and growth of the Effluent Solutions (ES) portfolio within the Food & Beverage Global Solutions (FBGS) customer base with an initial focus on North America (NAM) and Latin America (LAM) Regions. The ES GAM will partner with the assigned Enterprise GAM’s (Global Account Manager) and together will drive consistent growth of the business while developing a long-term collaboration with the key assigned customers. The ES GAM will report to the VP of Enterprise Solutions and will work closely with the NAM and LAM Regions’ Engineering organizations to secure a technical alignment.

What You Will Do:

Develop, coordinate, promote and execute the end-to-end growth strategy for the assigned FBGS accountsPromote Ecolab’s ES within the assigned FBGS customer organizations.  Develop C-suite relationships within the assigned customer’s organizations (supported by the respective GAM’s).Develop High, Wide and Deep relationships with key customer’s stakeholders and functions (e.g. corporate and regional engineering, global sustainability teams, global procurement etc.) and identify the key decision makers within the assigned customers. Develop a relationship strategy unique to each customer based on current and future needs.Serve as point of customer contact for ES to meet customers’ needs and improve the overall customer experience.Build a consistent FBGS pipeline of opportunitiesTrack ES sales linked to the assigned accounts.Coordinate the commercial and financial reviews of each ES opportunity and secure Ecolab’s Leadership approval.Secure the Commercial and Engineering Regional support for each of the major customer’s initiatives identified.Provide support to Regional Engineering organizations for the qualification of external engineering partners (solution providers).

Position Details:

Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to a geography near a major US airport50% overnight travel may be required, including global travel

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree10 years of executive sales experienceWastewater treatment or specialty chemical industry experiencePosition requires a current and valid driver’s license Demonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospectingNo Immigration Sponsorship available 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial)Experience in the Food & Beverage sectorExperience in global, matrixed organization

Physical Demands:

Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $144,800.00 - $217,200.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
