Airswift is seeking a Sr Geophysical QC Representative to join a deepwater survey project with one of our major clients in the oil & gas industry.

Location: Guyana (Offshore)
Project Duration: 2 to 3 months (starting end of June or early July)
Open to expat candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee geophysical data acquisition during deepwater site investigations using AUVs

Supervise vendors and ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and reporting protocols

Review high-resolution seismic, sub-bottom profiler, side scan sonar, and multibeam data

Provide technical leadership and interface management onboard

Ensure proper interpretation, preservation, and delivery of geophysical and environmental data

Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's in Geophysics, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field Fluent English

Minimum 10 years of offshore geophysical experience (AUV data collection experience required)

Strong knowledge of geophysical data processing and interpretation

Physically fit for offshore work with valid certifications (BOSIET or equivalent)
