Do you thrive on helping founders with advanced degrees and breakthrough technologies scale transformative businesses? Join the Startup Organization (SUP) team as GTM Executive GenAI Startups – Life Sciences (LS)!
We're seeking a customer-obsessed builder to join our Startup Organization (SUP) team as GTM GenAI Startups lead, focused specifically on Life Sciences.
The GenAI team drives revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing GenAI startups through strategic partnerships and effective GTM strategies. In the Life Sciences vertical, we focus on startups building frontier models and applications in drug discovery, genomics, clinical trials, connected labs and more.

GenAI teams include sales, business development, and technical solutions architecture. As part of the GenAI Startup team, you’ll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of a GenAI startup’s initiative—from product conception to commercial deployment—with a deep focus on the Life Sciences segment. We pride ourselves on thinking big, delivering exceptional results for our customers, and working across AWS as #OneTeam.
This role requires deep subject matter expertise in the life sciences, including an understanding of the unique regulatory, scientific, and technical landscapes. You’ll work directly with C-level executives, PhDs, MDs, and technical founders behind category-defining companies.
This position is part of the GenAI team, where you will be a Technical Business Developer helping startups adopt AWS technologies with a focus on SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, and services critical to training, deploying, and scaling GenAI workloads in regulated environments.
