The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team are at the forefront of strategic decision making providing impactful analysis and insight for senior leaders. This information is used to help shape the future of the business.


Sr FP&A Coordinator (Centralized services)


On this role you will be primarily engaged across centralized end-to-end processes with focus on quality, consistency and control point across data entries and systems. Additionally, by leveraging Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint and others our team focuses on efficiency and optimization where possible.


Responsibilities
• Review site contracts and manage all Sales Orders, including creation, issuance, and ongoing updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records based on signed contracts. Collect, review, and upload project data, implement updates throughout the study lifecycle, and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Coordinate with toller sites, external partners, and on-site teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Perform daily invoicing for service milestones and product/service shipments.
• Review and approve invoices prior to processing by the Billing team.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries to support efficient Accounts Receivable cash collection.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Ensure data integrity across multiple internal systems.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• Previous finance-related experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Understanding of general Financial concepts in accounting, billing and/or financial management
• Fluency in English - strong written and oral communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
• Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude;
• Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work;
• Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes;
• Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities;
• Previous billing experience would be considered as an advantage
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst (preferred, not required).
