ResponsibilitiesSetup and operate pharmaceutical production equipment including high-speed filling lines for sterile products, autoclave, parts and vial washers, depyrogenation tunnel, formulation process, HMI, and automatic CIP/SIP processes as well as inspection and packaging line equipment (e.g., AVIM, labeling, and carton machine) as per relevant SOPs and the Batch Record.Complete formulation activities for production batches, including formulating and/or dispensing all available drug substances and excipients.Prepare, wash, and sterilize materials, ensuring parts preparation is flawless.Manage packaging and transfer of the final product to the freezer.Perform materials and process (SAP) transactions at each manufacturing process step.Strictly follow aseptic techniques and practices for aseptic operations.Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of production equipment and classified areas.Conduct routine QC sampling and in-process testing of the product at various stages, including bioburden and water sampling, and perform chemical and physical tests during processing.Complete batch records and logbooks promptly, adhering to GDP.EducationMinimum “O” Level, NITEC/ITE education, or Diploma in a relevant field.Experience3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesGood understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.Highly motivated to work in the pharmaceutical industry.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to work rotating shifts.
