The Strategic Growth & Real Estate team is responsible for establishing a strategic approach to Learning Care’s capital deployment and real estate footprint, ensuring capital is put to its best and highest use in advance of company goals. Whether it be business acquisitions, new site development, strategic partnerships, critical decisions on our leased real estate or capital reinvestment into our portfolio, this team is involved in ensuring the right decision is made to maximize returns on invested capital.
Job Summary:
Support strategic growth initiatives by helping the Director conduct market analysis for site selection, manage the third-party site selection model, build pro-formas to support investments in new builds, acquisitions, on-site partnerships and existing schools, and partner with internal stakeholders on ongoing optimization projects to drive cash flow and superior returns on invested capital.
Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a key contributor in the new site approval process by working cross ‑ functionally to gather relevant inputs, develop detailed pro-formas for each potential deal, and support presentations to internal executive approval committees.
+ Partner with the Director and external data firms with integrating market intelligence data into strategic decisions surrounding investments, lease renewals, and closures.
+ Partner with the Director to evaluate acquisition opportunities by building financial models, performing due diligence, assessing returns, and supporting investment decision ‑ making.
+ Serve as the finance partner to the Real Estate Team, developing lease renewal pro-formas and supporting data ‑ driven site closure evaluations.
+ Deliver financial analysis to support capital investment decisions for both maintenance and remodel projects.
+ Act as the finance lead for optimization initiatives, collaborating with Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities Management to support data ‑ driven decisions that reduce costs and direct resources to their best use.
+ Support quarterly forecasting and planning for growth initiatives, maintenance capital investments, and repairs and maintenance (R&M) across the portfolio.
+ Assists with other special projects as directed by supervisor.

+ Provide financial rigor to all phases of strategic initiatives by making key stakeholders aware of the “so what”; expected financial outcomes, opportunities and risks to the plan, and insights and learnings to apply to future decisions.
+ Partner cross-functionally with Field Operations, Real Estate and Facilities departments to ensure initiative and performance messaging is consistently interpreted.
+ Maintaining a regular in‑person presence, recognizing that in‑office collaboration is critical to building trust, strengthening relationships, and enabling the team to operate at a high level.

Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance, Economics, or related area)
Experience:
+ Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in finance.
+ Experience working in a multi-unit, geographically dispersed business model.
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
+ Base salary range: $95-105k
+ This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
