**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** Analyze corporate financial results and forecasts for Emerson Fisher Mexico, identifying key performance drivers and trends. + Provide gross profit analysis of forecasts / actuals and research variances. + Prepare clear communication for actual results compared to budgets and forecasts for all levels of management. + Prepare both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis. + Update monthly and quarterly forecasts results based upon most recent information and expectations. + Lead and prepare process for annual budget and cost implosion. + HFM workload for POR quarterly and annual reports. + Prepare Corporate exhibits and annual reports. + Prepare plant scorecard reports + Coordinate Journal entry local processes. + Banking structure coordination. + Work on special projects as required, both structured and unstructured.Financial Reporting & Compliance + Analyze financial reports in accordance with MEXGAAP standards. + Prepare annual financial reports and notes for MEXGAAP books’ requirements. + Prepare and coordinate process for annual Statutory reports. + Prepare reports for annual Fiscal Opinion.Manage capital budget + Coordinate capital investment decisions with sites, support preparation of appropriation requests, track capital plans and budgets. **Who You Are:** + A collaborative professional who works effectively across teams. + A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. + A strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear insights. + A resourceful problem-solver who builds trust through integrity and accountability. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. + 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance or financial analysis role. + Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. + Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. + Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar financial consolidation tools. + Data analytics skills. + Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
